How to Check Your CCRIS Report Online for Free
Learn how to access your Central Credit Reference Information System report via eCCRIS before applying for a loan.
Why Your CCRIS Matters
Before a bank approves your home, car, or personal loan, they pull your CCRIS report. Managed by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), this report details your credit history, outstanding balances, and your repayment behavior for the last 12 months. Any "1" or "2" (indicating late payments) will severely impact your loan approval chances.
How to Register for eCCRIS
- Visit the nearest BNM office, AKPK branch, or simply use the eCCRIS portal's online registration if you have a registered phone number with your bank.
- Request a 6-digit PIN.
- Log in to `eccris.bnm.gov.my` and create your account.
- You can now pull your report for free anytime to ensure your record is clean before visiting a bank.
